Brussels Sprouts: From Blah to Oolala!

I'm a latter day fan of Brassica oleracea. Brussels sprouts. But I wasn't always.

Like the perenially understated Dave Barry, I feared them. Yuck! The smell alone...

But a few years ago I discovered that I actually loved them. Senile taste buds? Perhaps. Evolving appetite? Perhaps.
