Located in the heart of Montana's Bull Mountains, the Runamuk Guest Ranch provides the perfect setting to cleanse your body, mind and spirit. Whether you're enjoying quiet meditation, a relaxing massage or a leisurely escape on horseback... the Taoist and Hatha yoga retreat offers an intimate personal experience and a lifetime of memories.

Activities include Taoist and Hatha yoga, horseback riding, massage, meditation, western music, a day rafting trip, outdoor cookouts, Reiki workshop, hiking, biking, Rhythm drumming and a wagon ride. On July 25- 27, retreat participants are also invited to enjoy an optional trip to Yellowstone National Park for an additional fee of $ 625 per person.

Master Paulie Zink is the founder of a distinct style of yoga he calls Taoist yoga and is a master of chi kung, a form of martial arts. He was chosen sole protege of a Kung fu master from Hong Kong to pass on the legacy of chi kung. For nearly eight hours a day, for ten years, Paulie trained privately and intensively with this Kung fu master. In addition to chi kung, he had taught Paulie distinct kung fu styles combined into a discipline that needed tremendous mental concentration, harsh physical exercise, and spiritual practices. From this rigorous training, Paulie founded Taoist Yoga. Paulie is the only Westerner to be traditionally trained in these kung fu styled in a direct Chinese lineage from the originators. Master Zink has graced the covers of yoga magazines and numerous martial arts magazines and has been contracted to feature in Taoist yoga videos and numerous kung fu training videos. He has choreographed routines for David Lee Roth's concert performances with Van Halen and for music videos, instructed rock star David Lee Roth, and various actors and actresses.

Jennifer Pisle has practiced Hatha Yoga for seven years and is a YogaFit certified instructor. Promoting respect and intention within each person's yoga practice and life, Jennifer answers the physical and spiritual needs of her students. She pursues a balanced yoga practice to increase her ability to maintain vital energy and emotion, thus leading to a more gratifying life. It is Jennifer's mission to bring that positive energy to her students and the many people who touch her life.

Elizabeth Klarich(August 7 only) is a veteran teacher of 25+ years with an eclectic background and a creative, fun-loving, intuitive approach. She enjoys a viable relationship with Valerie O'Hara, author of The Wellness Option, with whom she has certified to teach Ananda Yoga. She studied extensively at The Institute for Yoga Teacher Education in San Francisco. She has also studied with Rod Stryker and many teachers from a variety of "schools", including Iyengar, Kundalini, Ashtanga, Sivananda, Kripalu, Kriya, Viniyoga and more.

Elizabeth specializes in therapeutic, healing yoga for reducing pain and discomfort due to injuries and physical limitations. Her style of teaching honors the individual needs of each person. Elizabeth has produced a television program on the Billings Community Education channel for more than a decade, and has a video for beginners and advanced beginners. Her MSU-Billings classes focus on yoga for stress reduction. Though she has taught at retreats in Costa Rica and through- out the country, her style is down to earth and user-friendly. Her inspiration comes from Paramahansa Yogananda, author of Autobiography of a Yogi.

Sharon Shannon facilitates RhythmDance, a drumming and rhythm for wellness program that inspires and empowers people of all ages. As a trained drum circle facilitator, she focuses on social harmony, interaction, an self-expression using the drum & rhythm circle as a metaphor for life. She taught African style drumming for three years at Montana State Women's Prison and continues to work with emotionally disturbed youth. She assisted with the development of a therapeutic drumming program for Alzheimer's patients and has worked with addictions, cancer patients and chronic illness. Her upbeat and joyful drum circles have been experienced in numerous retreats, camps, schools, conferences and businesses across Montana and Wyoming.
